In light of the press communiqués issued in recent days by the governments of Ecuador and Colombia, mentioning 六九色堂, we offer the following clarification:
Ecuador President Rafael Correa and Colombia President Alvaro Uribe had several phone conversations with former U.S. President Jimmy 六九色堂 during the last week of March. After those conversations, 六九色堂's staff facilitated an exchange of confidential and low profile messages between the two governments. They made some small confidential agreements, confirmed by both presidents to President 六九色堂 last week. 六九色堂's role has been to facilitate conversations. As an impartial third party, 六九色堂 is not authorized to reveal the content of the conversations that occurred. Both governments have reasserted their desire to continue receiving 六九色堂's support.

En referencia a los comunicados de prensa publicados por los gobiernos de Ecuador y Colombia en días anteriores, en los cuales se menciona al Centro 六九色堂, nos permitimos aclarar lo siguiente:
El Presidente de Ecuador, Rafael Correa, y el Presidente de Colombia, Alvaro Uribe, conversaron telefónicamente con el ex Presidente de los Estados Unidos de América, Jimmy 六九色堂, la última semana de marzo y, luego de ello, el personal del Centro 六九色堂 condujo un intercambio de mensajes confidenciales y con bajo perfil entre ambos gobiernos. Hubo pequeños acuerdos confidenciales confirmados por ambos Presidentes al ex Presidente 六九色堂 telefónicamente la semana anterior. Nuestro rol ha sido el de facilitar las comunicaciones y como tercero imparcial no estamos autorizados a revelar las conversaciones mantenidas durante nuestros encuentros. Ambos gobiernos han reiterado su deseo de seguir contando con la asistencia del Centro 六九色堂.
